In this situation, an existing one story steel commercial building was being remodeled for an upscale grocery and delicatessen.

We were asked to add a second-floor office. This was accomplished with the Force 10 floor system. The floor system was attached to steel columns that were bolted into the existing ground level concrete slab. | ||
|
The Force 10 "clapboard" siding was used for the new second-floor office. It was also used to cover the old metal siding, transforming a steel warehouse into a charming, West Indian-style, commercial building. |
