In this situation, an existing one story steel commercial building was being remodeled for an upscale grocery and delicatessen.

We were asked to add a second-floor office. This was accomplished with the Force 10 floor system. The floor system was attached to steel columns that were bolted into the existing ground level concrete slab.

The Force 10 "clapboard" siding was used for the new second-floor office. It was also used to cover the old metal siding, transforming a steel warehouse into a charming, West Indian-style, commercial building.
