Hotels - Seychelles

In the spring of 1997, Berjaya Hotels and Resorts, Ltd. wished to add a 52 bedroom complex to their existing Seychelles resort. Their primary objective was to complete construction as quickly as possible in order to generate cash flow. This would require completion of the project in time for the upcoming winter season.

Within three weeks, Force 10 completed full architectural drawings and engineering for the project. The component requirements were all manufactured at Force 10's Australian manufacturing plant during the next four weeks. Twelve Force 10 construction personnel carried out the work, along with sixteen Seychellois workers. By Christmas 1997, some rooms were available for occupancy and on 13 January 1998 the project was handed over to Berjaya, four weeks ahead of schedule despite twenty days of unfavorable weather conditions.

			September 5, 1997 - Force 10 Floor System
			September 12, 1997 - Erecting Walls
			September 24, 1997 - Installing Roof Trusses
			October 20, 1997 - Deck Railings and Detailing
			November 5, 1997 - Finish work and paint on steel columns
			November 5, 1997 - Finishing interior
			December 15, 1997 - Some units ready for Christmas occupancy
